About the Role:
Best Technologies Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to lead a dynamic team in designing and developing innovative software solutions. This role requires a talented individual who can balance technical expertise with team leadership, driving projects from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js.
2. Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality projects.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
4. Optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices in coding and deployment.
5. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies to continuously improve development processes and solutions.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development with expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role, managing technical teams and projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering complex software solutions.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
