About the Role:
Join Cotiviti as a Provider Services Analyst (PSA), a key member of our Credit Balance (CB) and Coordination of Benefits (COB) teams. PSAs play a vital role in identifying and resolving overpayments in healthcare provider accounts, contributing to positive outcomes for our clients. You’ll collaborate with overpayment recovery specialists, analyze claims data, and manage provider relationships to meet performance targets and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough overpayment recovery audits, analyzing patient accounting systems and resolving credit balances.
Build and maintain provider relationships while ensuring compliance with CMS and NAIC guidelines.
Utilize analytical tools to resolve discrepancies in overpayments and manage account adjustments effectively.
Meet monthly production targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and maintain detailed, accurate audit notes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, accounting, or a related field (required).
1+ years of experience in healthcare billing, auditing, collections, or accounts receivable (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with financial reporting analysis.
Strong math skills and the ability to assess payer and patient remits.
