In this role, you will lead a team of developers, design scalable solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Software Development: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and develop scalable architecture and solutions.
- Code Quality Assurance: Review code, implement best practices, and ensure adherence to software development standards.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Identify and resolve technical issues while ensuring the performance and reliability of deployed systems.
Job Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in full-stack development and 2 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java; frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue; and backend technologies like Node.js, Django, or Spring Boot.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to solve complex technical challenges efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact with team members and stakeholders.
