About the Role:
The Midlothian Angel Network is seeking an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely and be a part of a growing organization. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and have a passion for helping to streamline operations and support executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Handle communication, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Maintain CRM databases, with experience in Salesforce considered a plus.
- Support social media and branding initiatives by managing content and engaging with followers.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or executive assistant roles; real estate experience is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in email management, scheduling software, and CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
