We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will support the company’s Partners by efficiently managing administrative tasks and serving as a liaison among employees, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and personal support to the Partners.
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and plan events to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other essential documents.
  • Handle expense tracking and reimbursement processes.
  • Supervise household or personal contractors, if required.
  • Arrange travel logistics and manage other travel-related responsibilities.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information securely.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Certifications in IT, Project Management, or Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt preferred).
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Administrative, HR, Executive Assistance, or Event Management roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other operational tools.

Salary
N400,000 – N450,000 monthly
