About the Role:
Noreta Constructions Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage residential building construction projects. This role offers an opportunity to lead project execution, ensure quality standards, and contribute to the growth of a reputable construction firm in Abuja.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise residential building construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Develop project schedules, allocate resources effectively, and monitor progress to meet established milestones.
- Implement quality assurance measures to uphold construction standards and client expectations.
- Manage and lead a team of engineers, contractors, and site workers, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
- Prepare and present project reports, budgets, and updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices throughout project phases.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s Degree is an advantage).
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management, specifically in residential projects.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
