About the Role:
JNO Integrated Services is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to join our team in Abuja. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and driving online engagement to support our brand’s goals. If you have a passion for digital storytelling and an eye for design, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
  2. Create, curate, and schedule compelling content across all social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
  3. Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  4. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster a strong online community.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and company objectives.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in social media management.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
  • Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
