Dezyncycle Ltd is seeking a Mid-Level Designer to join our team in Lagos. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting architectural projects, develop creative solutions, and contribute to both technical and design aspects. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute architectural designs with minimal supervision.
• Assist in design and technical solutions across all project phases, including graphics, renderings, and performance metrics.
• Produce working drawings, design presentations, and digital models using Revit and Lumion.
• Support Construction Administration tasks and ensure project close-out procedures are completed.
• Collaborate with team leaders to build strong relationships with clients and consultants.
• Contribute to office-wide initiatives and marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in architectural design.
• Proficiency in Revit, Lumion, and other design software.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a hybrid setting.
