A highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will excel in managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and facilitating communication to ensure the smooth operation of executive functions.
Job Description
- Manage and prioritize the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
- Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and other communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Assist with special projects, research, and data analysis as assigned by the executive.
- Track project progress and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
- Arrange complex travel itineraries and accommodations, including domestic and international travel.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Must be a female.
- Must be tech savvy in real estate tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
