PR/Communication Officer

Job Description:
A motivated and dynamic PR/Communication Officer is needed. In this role, you will contribute to developing and executing communication strategies that enhance our company’s brand presence. As a key member of the communications team, you will handle public relations efforts, media outreach, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective communication strategies to strengthen the company’s brand image.
• Draft press releases, newsletters, and media materials for external and internal communication.
• Maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to promote company messages.
• Monitor media coverage and report on PR metrics to assess the effectiveness of communication efforts.

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as public relations, communications, media, or business.
• 1-2 years of work experience in a related PR or communication role.
• A portfolio of work samples demonstrating involvement in PR or marketing activities, particularly from university projects, is an added advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages.
