Rainbow Heritage Group Limited, a reputable company in the construction industry, is seeking a Database / Customer Relations Officer to manage customer data, optimize CRM processes, and enhance client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in database management and customer service, ensuring smooth communication and efficient handling of customer information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain company databases, ensuring data accuracy and security.
  • Oversee the CRM system to track customer interactions and improve engagement.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent support.
  • Generate reports and insights from customer data to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize customer outreach strategies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in database management, CRM systems, or customer service (preferably in the construction industry).
  • Strong knowledge of database software (e.g., SQL, Microsoft Access) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Knowledge of construction industry processes is a plus.
