A Growth/Digital Marketing Specialist is needed to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, data-driven decision-making, and business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, SEO, PPC, etc.).
  • Analyze and optimize marketing performance using data and key metrics.
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • 0-3 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience with SEO, paid advertising, social media marketing, and email campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and creativity skills.
