Location: Abuja (FCT) | Salary: ₦150,000 Monthly | Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

A highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary is needed to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, manage correspondence, and ensure smooth office operations. This role requires strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives.
  • Draft, review, and edit proposals, correspondence, and official documents.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and efficiency.
  • Handle communication with internal and external stakeholders professionally.
  • Assist in coordinating office activities, projects, and workflow.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a secretarial or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
