Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven VRF Sales Manager to lead and expand our VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) system sales in Abuja. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local HVAC market, a solid network, and the ability to drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell VRF systems in Abuja.
- Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and developers.
- Provide technical support and product recommendations to clients based on their requirements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in VRF sales.
- Strong network and deep understanding of the Abuja HVAC market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Strong technical knowledge of VRF systems and applications.
