Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven VRF Sales Manager to lead and expand our VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) system sales in Abuja. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local HVAC market, a solid network, and the ability to drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell VRF systems in Abuja.
  • Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and developers.
  • Provide technical support and product recommendations to clients based on their requirements.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in VRF sales.
  • Strong network and deep understanding of the Abuja HVAC market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong technical knowledge of VRF systems and applications.
