Salary: ₦200,000–₦250,000 (net)
Location: Abuja

An experienced and dynamic Travels Team Lead is needed to oversee and coordinate travel operations, ensuring seamless local and international trip planning. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the travel industry, and a problem-solving mindset to deliver exceptional travel experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the travel team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient customer service.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute local and international travel arrangements for clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with travel vendors, airlines, and hotels to secure the best deals.
• Ensure compliance with travel policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and service delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and emergencies with professionalism and prompt solutions.
• Monitor market trends and recommend improvements to optimize travel services.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a BSc in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in the travel industry, handling both local and international trips.
• Travel certifications are an advantage.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and email writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
