An experienced and dynamic Travels Team Lead is needed to oversee and coordinate travel operations, ensuring seamless local and international trip planning. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the travel industry, and a problem-solving mindset to deliver exceptional travel experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the travel team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient customer service.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute local and international travel arrangements for clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with travel vendors, airlines, and hotels to secure the best deals.
- Ensure compliance with travel policies, regulations, and industry standards.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and service delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and emergencies with professionalism and prompt solutions.
- Monitor market trends and recommend improvements to optimize travel services.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a BSc in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in the travel industry, handling both local and international trips.
- Travel certifications are an advantage.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and email writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
