Naucte Del Hotel Boutique is seeking a detail-oriented Internal Auditor to ensure compliance with financial regulations, assess internal controls, and enhance operational efficiency. This role requires strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to risk management.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits to evaluate financial and operational processes.
- Identify and mitigate risks by improving internal control systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare audit reports with findings and recommendations for management.
- Assist in developing and implementing internal audit strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in auditing or financial analysis.
- Professional certification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA) is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
