Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and have an interest in beauty and skincare? A Customer Service Officer is needed to join our team. In this role, you will engage with customers, address their inquiries, and ensure they have a seamless experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels.
  • Provide detailed information about beauty and skincare products to customers.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Process orders, track shipments, and assist with returns or exchanges.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Passion for beauty and skincare products.
