Rex Microfinance Bank is seeking experienced and detail-oriented Credit Officers to assess loan applications, analyze financial data, and ensure compliance with lending policies. If you have a strong background in credit assessment and customer service, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate loan applications and assess creditworthiness based on financial data.
  • Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and repayment capacity of applicants.
  • Ensure compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of loan transactions and customer interactions.
  • Monitor loan repayments and follow up on overdue accounts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Credit Officer in a financial institution.
  • Hands-on knowledge of lending procedures and financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in creating and processing financial spreadsheets.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Qualification: BSc/HND in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
