Noreta Constructions Limited, a reputable construction company, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions, from talent acquisition to employee relations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to drive HR initiatives that support business growth and workforce development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with company goals.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes to attract top talent.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace policies, and industry regulations.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management systems.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll in collaboration with the finance team.
- Drive training and professional development programs to enhance workforce productivity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR leadership role, preferably in the construction or related industries.
- Strong proficiency in HR software and tools.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.
