About the Role

A results-driven Business Development Specialist is needed to drive sales growth and build strong client relationships in the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market trends and a proven ability to generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the oil and gas sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic business plans.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the oil and gas industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and growing client portfolios.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of oil and gas industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
