Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone, ensuring prompt and professional support.
- Assist customers with account-related issues, deposits, withdrawals, and betting inquiries.
- Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in sports betting, online gaming, or fintech.
- Strong knowledge of sports betting, casino games, and gaming industry regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, LiveChat, Freshdesk).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
