  • Assist customers with account-related issues, deposits, withdrawals, and betting inquiries.
  • Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and company policies to provide accurate information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in sports betting, online gaming, or fintech.
  • Strong knowledge of sports betting, casino games, and gaming industry regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, LiveChat, Freshdesk).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
