A Customer Experience Associate is needed to join her team and ensure top-notch customer support. Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Identify recurring issues, document trends, and provide insights to improve customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in customer support, preferably within a fintech company.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach to issue resolution.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate with remote teams.
