A Front Desk Officer is needed to manage reception duties and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain and update records, appointments, and schedules.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse individuals.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
