A dynamic and experienced Female Manager is needed to lead our cleaning operations in Abuja. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid background in the cleaning industry, and the ability to manage both staff and client relationships effectively.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily cleaning operations, ensuring quality service and adherence to safety standards.
- Manage and supervise cleaning staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and service delivery.
Requirements
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Strong leadership experience in the cleaning industry.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
- Ability to effectively manage a team.
- A clean driving record and background check (often required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to leverage social media for business growth.
- Competence in writing and defending proposals.
- Must reside within Abuja city center.
- Minimum qualification: HND.
