Location: Abuja | Salary: ₦100,000

A dynamic and experienced Female Manager is needed to lead our cleaning operations in Abuja. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid background in the cleaning industry, and the ability to manage both staff and client relationships effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cleaning operations, ensuring quality service and adherence to safety standards.
• Manage and supervise cleaning staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and service delivery.

Requirements

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Strong leadership experience in the cleaning industry.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
• Ability to effectively manage a team.
• A clean driving record and background check (often required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to leverage social media for business growth.
• Competence in writing and defending proposals.
• Must reside within Abuja city center.
• Minimum qualification: HND.
