Job Description
Location: Lagos & Abuja (Hybrid)
Salary: ₦450,000 – ₦500,000
Experience: 3+ years
An experienced and proactive HR Manager is needed to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all human resource functions, ensuring compliance with company policies, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage payroll administration.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resource management.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting (Lagos & Abuja).
