Job Description
Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000
Location: Ibadan, Oyo State
Experience: Minimum of 3 years as an HR Officer/Talent Specialist
About the Role
A skilled Human Resources Officer is needed to join our team in Ibadan. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, to ensure a productive and engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies that align with company objectives.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and oversee payroll processing.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Officer or Talent Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
