Location: Port Harcourt
An experienced Hotel General Manager is needed to oversee the daily operations, strategic planning, and overall success of a well-established hotel in Port Harcourt. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, a deep understanding of the Nigerian hospitality market, and the leadership skills to drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and industry regulations.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost controls to optimize profitability.
- Lead and train staff to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and the hospitality market, especially in Rivers State.
- Fluency in English (knowledge of local languages is an advantage).
- Proven ability to drive operational success and team leadership.
