The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality pharmaceutical products while complying with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production processes to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Monitor and maintain quality control measures throughout the production cycle.
- Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory guidelines, including NAFDAC and WHO standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency and resolve issues.
- Conduct staff training on production procedures and quality assurance.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
