Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Handle basic administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry.
Requirements:
- Must reside in Gudu, Apo, or Lokogoma areas of Abuja.
- Female, aged 25 years or younger.
- Well-presented with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive mindset with great attention to detail.
