Bemil Nigeria Limited, a leading security solutions provider, is seeking a Human Resource Operations Officer (Security) to oversee HR functions related to recruitment, staff management, and compliance within the security sector. This role requires a strategic and detail-oriented professional who can enhance HR operations while ensuring adherence to industry regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and training of security personnel.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies for security staff.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain accurate records of personnel, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Implement HR best practices to improve staff performance and retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- 5 – 6 years of HR experience, preferably in the security industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
