A highly organized Executive Assistant is needed to support senior management in a fast-paced tech environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives.
- Handle confidential documents and correspondence with discretion.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role is mandatory.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
