About the Role

A results-driven Business Development Manager is needed to spearhead growth in our immigration services sector. This role requires a dynamic professional who can develop strategic partnerships, drive client acquisition, and expand business opportunities while ensuring a seamless experience for clients navigating immigration processes.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the immigration services sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed business growth targets.
  • Stay updated on immigration laws and policies to offer accurate guidance to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings and customer experience.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine business strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field (knowledge of immigration laws is a plus).
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years in business development, preferably in immigration services or legal/consulting sectors.
  • Strong client relationship management and networking skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and presentation tools.
