About the Role:
Advans Lafayette Microfinance Bank is seeking a proactive Alternative Distribution Channel (ADC) Officer to drive the adoption and effectiveness of digital financial services. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting mobile financial services, alternative banking channels, and ensuring staff is well-trained on these solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance mobile financial services and other alternative distribution channels.
- Provide training and support for new and existing digital banking products to employees and customers.
- Monitor ADC performance, identify challenges, and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer experience across digital banking platforms.
