About the Role

A highly skilled Senior ICT Officer to is needed oversee and enhance our organization’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing networks, ensuring cybersecurity, and supporting overall IT operations. This role requires expertise in system administration, troubleshooting, and strategic planning to improve efficiency and security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect company data.
  • Oversee system upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery plans.
  • Provide technical support and training to staff on IT-related matters.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity, and IT support.
  • Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
