About the Role:
natnudO Foods is seeking an experienced Depot Coordinator to oversee daily operations at her depots, ensuring smooth inventory management, distribution, and logistics. This role is crucial in maintaining efficiency in our supply chain, particularly within the frozen food and FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage depot operations, including inventory control, stock movement, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure timely and efficient distribution of frozen food products while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to optimize supply chain processes.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits, and implement measures to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
- Enforce compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the frozen food industry and FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management, logistics coordination, and inventory control.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
