Job Description

Location: Nigeria | Industry: Oil & Gas Operating Company

An experienced PMS Manager is needed to lead and optimize our Performance Management System (PMS) processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with expertise in performance management frameworks, HRMS platforms, and organizational development. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of enhancing employee performance, aligning business goals, and leveraging HR technology for effective management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Performance Management System (PMS).
  • Develop and execute performance evaluation frameworks to enhance employee productivity and align with business objectives.
  • Utilize Darwinbox HRMS to manage PMS processes, generate reports, and track performance trends.
  • Collaborate with department heads to drive performance reviews, goal setting, and career development initiatives.
  • Maintain and update organizational charts using MS Visio and ensure alignment with corporate structure.

Requirements:

  • MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • 10-15 years of HR experience, with at least 3-5 years specializing in PMS within a multinational or complex organization.
  • Proficiency in Darwinbox HRMS and familiarity with other HRMS platforms and performance management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize PMS processes for a large, diverse workforce.
