About the Role
Pally Agro Products Limited, a leading agro-processing company, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Auditor to oversee financial and operational audits. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with internal controls, assess risks, and improve efficiency in financial reporting and operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct financial and operational audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Audit inventory management, production costs, and procurement processes to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.
- Analyze financial statements and internal records to detect errors, fraud, or inefficiencies.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations for management.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial documentation while maintaining confidentiality.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in auditing, preferably in an FMCG, manufacturing, or factory environment.
- Professional certifications such as ICAN, ACCA, or CIA are an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently.
