About the Role
An experienced Operations Manager is needed to oversee the daily activities of a restaurant in Ado-Ekiti. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, optimizing efficiency, and maintaining high service standards to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and service quality.
- Implement and maintain operational procedures to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control.
- Train and supervise staff to maintain excellent customer service standards.
Requirements
- A minimum of a BSc in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work 6 days a week, with an 8-hour shift per day.
