Critters Veterinary Centre is a leading pet care facility dedicated to providing top-notch veterinary services. We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to enhance client satisfaction, manage inquiries, and ensure smooth front-desk operations. If you love animals and have a passion for excellent customer service, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries in person, via phone, and online.
- Schedule appointments and manage client records efficiently.
- Address customer concerns and provide accurate information about our veterinary services.
- Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
Requirements:
- A graduate of Arts, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Customer Service Officer.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and generate reports effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented personality.
- Comfort with handling pets.
- Candidates living close to Lekki have an added advantage.
