Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or technical support environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools.
