Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Description

A detail-oriented and proactive In-House HR Assistant (NYSC) is needed to support our human resources operations. This role is ideal for a currently serving NYSC member who is passionate about HR functions and eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Assist in organizing HR-related training sessions and workshops.
  • Handle HR-related inquiries and provide administrative support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Must be a currently serving NYSC member.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
