Job Description
A detail-oriented and proactive In-House HR Assistant (NYSC) is needed to support our human resources operations. This role is ideal for a currently serving NYSC member who is passionate about HR functions and eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Assist in organizing HR-related training sessions and workshops.
- Handle HR-related inquiries and provide administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
- Must be a currently serving NYSC member.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
