Job Summary

A Lobby Executive is needed to manage front-office operations, enhance customer experience, and coordinate with internal teams for seamless office activities. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming reception experience.
  • Inquiry Handling: Address inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions promptly and professionally.
  • Office Coordination: Work with internal teams to facilitate meetings, events, and visitor arrangements.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate visitor logs and update the CRM system with relevant customer interactions.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Second Class Upper) or HND (Upper Credit) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or front-office roles in a corporate setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems is an added advantage.
