Job Description

Location: Abule Osun, Lagos
Salary: ₦230,000
Experience: 3 – 4 years (preferably in the manufacturing industry)

About the Role

A detail-oriented General Ledger Accountant is needed to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, and supporting financial reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in audits.
• Process journal entries and manage month-end and year-end closing activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• BSc/HND in Accounting or a related field.
• 3 – 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of financial reporting and tax regulations.
