Salary: N300,000 – N450,000 monthly
About the Role
Flexolution NG is seeking an experienced Modern Trade Manager to drive growth and manage key retail accounts within the e-commerce and FMCG sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies to enhance market presence, foster strong relationships with modern trade partners, and maximize sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to grow sales through modern trade channels.
- Manage key accounts, build strong relationships with retailers, and negotiate trade terms.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Track sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights for business improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales within the e-commerce, retail, or FMCG industries.
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and increasing revenue in modern trade channels.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and implement data-driven strategies.
