About the Role

SIMS Nigeria Limited, a leading player in the consumer electronics sector, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant (Female Only) to join our finance team in Enugu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax policies, and company accounting standards.
• Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial processes and reporting.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• (Preferred) Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA.
• Experience: 3-5 years of accounting experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax laws, and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
