Reservation/Booking Specialist
Job Description
Location: Remote
Remuneration: ₦300,000 Monthly (Net) + Pension + HMO
Experience: 3-5 years in hospitality or property management
Are you experienced in reservations, bookings, and customer engagement within the hospitality or property management industry? A detail-oriented Reservation/Booking Specialist is needed to join our team remotely. In this role, you’ll handle client bookings, manage reservations across multiple platforms, and drive sales by closing deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process reservations and bookings across multiple platforms, including Airbnb, Yardi, and VRBO.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing timely responses and excellent customer service.
- Upsell services to clients and close deals to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Prepare daily reports, track bookings, and ensure data accuracy across reservation systems.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth guest check-ins and overall client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in hospitality or property management with a focus on reservations, bookings, or customer engagement.
- Proficiency in reservation and property management systems (Airbnb, Yardi, VRBO).
- Strong sales skills with a proven ability to close deals effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple bookings simultaneously.
