International Coaching Academy is looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant with expertise in Content Marketing to support her executive team remotely. This role is perfect for a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about women empowerment, and possesses strong digital marketing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive-level administrative support including scheduling, email management, and task prioritization.
- Create compelling digital marketing content, including social media posts, website copy, and email campaigns.
- Support online sales initiatives by developing marketing materials and managing campaigns.
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and manage special projects with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in executive and administrative support roles.
- Demonstrated skills in digital marketing, online sales, copywriting, and social media content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
