OES Energy, a leading player in the Oil & Gas sector, is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Finance Specialist to join it’s dynamic team in Lagos. This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of corporate finance principles, investment analysis, and financial modeling within the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business decisions and investments.
- Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic planning.
- Evaluate project financing options and liaise with financial institutions and investors.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on capital allocation, risk assessment, and financial strategy.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial software, and ERP systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, ACCA) are an added advantage.
