Seven-Up Bottling Company is seeking an experienced Plant Security Manager to oversee and manage all security operations at it’s manufacturing plant in Abuja. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial security management, ensuring the safety of personnel, assets, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage security policies and procedures to protect plant assets, employees, and visitors.
• Supervise the plant’s security team and coordinate daily operations to ensure maximum security coverage.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, security audits, and investigations of any incidents or breaches.
• Liaise with law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and third-party security vendors when necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in security management, preferably in an industrial, plant, or manufacturing setting.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent knowledge of security protocols, risk assessment, and crisis management.
