An organized and proactive Operations Officer is needed to join a team at a leading Advertising Agency based in Ikeja, Lagos. This role is ideal for a candidate with excellent communication skills and solid experience with Microsoft Office tools. As an Operations Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the agency while supporting various departments to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support project execution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain proper documentation, records, and reports for operational activities.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of administrative and operational procedures.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
